Rashmi Ma'am joined GDF as a math teacher just before COVID struck the world. Her perseverance and commitment was very well-defined when she went online. She devised many innovative ideas to teach difficult concepts of math and science online and implemented them successfully during the Covid time. In no time she took charge of becoming a part of Gyan Deepak admin and then Coordinator of Promodnagar centre. The work of a Coordinator of any center isn't easy. It requires handling all the day-to-day affairs and demands one to be on her toes 24/7. She has been taking her responsibilities very seriously and efficiently. Her positive outlook towards her colleagues and her perfectionist side make her a complete package.
