This journey makes a leap and accelerates when it gets a big push. Sweta Ma'am gave this journey a big push and accelerated it to a great velocity, the moment she came to know that somewhere in a small fire exit area there exists a change-maker institution. She is someone who not only works for the GDF but is whole heartedlyand emotionally attached as well. She is the backbone of GDF and knows how to take the whole team forward. She is a guide, mentor, and counselor for each and every stakeholder of GDF, be it any student, teacher, or volunteer whenever they require her. She has the capability to take all the loads and responsibility of the organization just to ensure that it's always running smoothly despite all the challenges it constantly faces every single day since it started in 2014.
